I ordered a suspension kit from Summit Racing online on June 2, and since then the estimated shipping date has been pushed back three different times. I understand that backorders and supply issues happen, and I’ve been patient, but at this point I’ve been waiting for months with no end in sight. I’m rebuilding a 1969 Nova and bought this kit specifically to get the car back on four wheels before I have to PCS. This isn’t some small $20 part that I can just forget about — this is a major part of the build, and the repeated delays have affected my entire timeline. I called Summit’s 1-800 number today because the kit was delayed yet again. The customer service I received was honestly the worst part of the experience. The representative was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was bothering them simply by calling about an order Summit has repeatedly delayed. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable — I wanted an explanation and some help figuring out what my options were. Delays are one thing. Treating a paying customer like they don’t matter is another. I’ve spent a lot of money with Summit Racing during this build, and after this experience I’m seriously reconsidering ever

For my fellow Can Am Spyder owners - Summit carries the factory battery that can be so hard to find. My mechanic ordered 2 from the internet and neither worked. My AI found the battery at Summit, in stock I was able to order on-line and pick it up the next day.

I worked with Summit Racing on my 2013 C6 Corvette build, they made sure I purchased the correct chrome alternator, Granatelli Motor Sport Spark Plug Wires Blue, polished Moroso power steering chamber & Morimoto headlights and many other parts. Summit Racing Equipment gave my corvette build a great build.

I love this place. Needed an XS power battery for my cars stereo system. They had it in stock with the posts I needed for my specific configuration. They were knowledgeable about what I needed, fast service and friendly. Highly recommend these guys for anything car/truck related. Will be visiting again soon. Thank you guys!
